1. How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the quantity you order. Prices ranges from $15.00 - $39.00 a box. If a shipment weights over 500 lbs we will consider using Carriers (Trucking companies). return to top
2. Can I order a quantity that is not listed?
You can order odd quantity such as 100pcs. For Example if you order 40 mugs then you will fall into the 36pcs category. return to top
3. How do I send my logo to you?
There are three ways you can send your logo to us. The easiest and fastiest way to send artwork is sending via email. The second choice is sending it by fax. The third choice is sending it by mail. return to top
4. Do you take rush jobs and if so, how much extra do you charge?
We accept all rush order jobs. There will be additional fees and any additional shipping charge that may be require in order to get the items by your event date. return to top
5. Once I place an order, How long does it take before I get my order?
Our normal production time is around 7-10 working days. Once the order is finish we will ship the order, this may take from 1-5 working days, this depends in where you are located. NOTE: We ship from Miami, Florida 33172. return to top
6. What is a screen charge for?
This is necessary for us to create your artwork for your mugs. We first create a film, that is places in a special UV light machine that will burn the image onto the screen. The ink is then pressed through the screen to create your image.
A screen charge is a plate in which your logo is place and then duplicated on each mug that is being printed. return to top
7. Can I see my logo before you print it?
We can send a mock up of your logo either by fax or we can email it to you. Proof mugs be requested otherwise we will proceed without sending you a proof. By skipping the proof process your order will arrive sooner. return to top
8. Once I place an order either by internet or phone, do you send confirmation?
The way we send confirmation is sending you a invoice via email. You should expect an invoice normally the next working day. return to top
9. What is the minimum order on your mugs?
The absolute minimum is 12pcs return to top
10. Can you print on two sides?
We can print on two sides, but there is a fee charge of $0.30 per mug. return to top
11. Once I receive my mugs, what is your replacement policy if I receive broken mugs?
Customer are covered financially in case of breakage. There is no charge for broken items. However, because broken items cannot be replaced (quantities less than 36pcs), it is advisable that customers order enough extra to allow for the possibility of breakage. return to top
12. Once I receive my mugs, and if I decided I need more mugs, what is the minimum order to do more mugs. Do I still pay for another screen charge?
For some reason you didn’t order enough mugs for your event, you can submit an order minimum quantity of 36pcs. You will not be charge another screen charge. return to top
13. Is credit card the only way we can make a payment?
Credit card is the preferable way to make a payment to avoid delays, but you can send payment by check or money order. If you decide to send either a check or money order, the production time does not start until we receive your payment. return to top
14. Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
All our imprinted mugs are dishwasher safe (non-metallic). Some glass products and all of our travel stainless steel products are recommended for hand washes/ return to top
15. Can you do other occasions besides weddings and birthdays?
We can do any occasion you want, if you don’t have art call our art department (305) 593-0911 and they make one for you. return to top
16. Can you put the listed logos on items other than shot glasses?
You can put any supply art we offer on any items that we have on our website. return to top
17. How do I figure my total charges?
